Captain Dave is amazing and really good at what he does! Once you sail out, the experience is so serene. Being at sea, waves all around you, wind was blowing last night so it was a little rough but it doesn’t take away from the experience. Just a beautiful time at sea with close friends and good music and vibes. 1000% recommend for anyone looking to hang with friends have some drinks and chill out on a boat in the water and take an up close look at Lady Liberty.
Gorgeous views of the city! The trip was a bit rocky, but the crew was good at warning us ahead of time when it was about to get bad. BYOB and snacks, great for groups and parties!
Great time on the NYC TIKI BOAT (9.13.25) w/ Marc and his Captain!! Well worth the experience. The crew was very helpful and accommodating during our entire event. This is our second excursion and would definitely cruise again and recommend the NYC Cycle Boat to others!! Thanx again!!

How long are private boat rentals?
Most private events run 2 hours, with the option to add more time if you want to keep the party going.
Can we bring our own drinks and food?
Yes—BYOB is allowed, and you’re welcome to bring snacks as well. Ice, coolers, and cups are provided so you don’t have to worry about setup.
How many people can we bring?
Depending on the boat, we accommodate groups from 14 up to 49 guests. Perfect for everything from smaller gatherings to larger celebrations.
Where do we board the boat?
We offer multiple convenient pickup locations including Jersey City, Hoboken, and NYC marinas depending on your booking.
Do we need boating experience?
Not at all. Every rental includes a licensed captain and crew, so you can relax and enjoy the experience from start to finish.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event so you don’t miss out.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekends and peak dates fill up fast—we recommend booking as early as possible to lock in your preferred time.
Is there a bathroom onboard?
